## Undoing and Restoring Actions in zzTakeoff
You can quickly undo or redo actions using the **Undo/Redo arrows** located in the top-right corner of the software.

### Keyboard Shortcut
For faster workflow, use:
* **Ctrl + Z** → Undo your last action
* **Ctrl + Y** (or Ctrl + Shift + Z) → Redo an action
### When Undo Works (and When It Doesn’t)
Undo is ideal for correcting recent actions, such as:
* Deleting takeoffs
* Modifying measurements
* Adjusting items
However, **Undo does not apply to all actions**. For example:
* Deleting pages
* Deleting entire projects
### Need Something Restored?
If you’ve deleted pages, a project, or other major data, the zzTakeoff support team may be able to restore it.
> **Important:** Restoration is typically only possible within **30 days** of deletion.
