Highlights, Clouds, Notes, Arrows and Callouts

On the Top Bar menu, there are some features that are very useful. Cloud, Highlighter, Note, Arrow and Call out. If you select the cloud icon it will allow you to circle an area with a red cloud, which can be used for communication with other zzTakeoff users. The highlighter allows you to highlight a portion of the plans by dragging your mouse after left clicking your mouse, , The note and call out, will allow you to apply a text to an area, , and the Arrow will mark and point to a spot on the plans that you choose. After you finish marking up the plan in any of these you can hit escape on your keyboard or click on the green check box on the top tool bar. If you select any of these features on the plans and right click you will be able to adjust the colors, size, opacity or in some cases increase the text size. Also, as an added feature in zzTakeoff, all the items mentioned, can be copied and pasted, as well as moved by selecting the small black cross in the center of the item.
