Multiple Ways to Export to Excel

MULTIPLE WAYS TO EXPORT TO EXCEL

Did you know that in zzTakeoff there are multiple ways to export to Excel? 

• The First way, On the Take off Screen you can export the entire take off to an Excel file by simply selecting the Excel Icon on the top right section of your take off tab.
• The Second way, If, you wish to only export a single item at a time, you can select the quantity on the takeoff item that you want to copy. After you select the quantity, the number will turn to an orange color while you click indicating that the number has been copied, you can now paste that number into another document.
• The Third way, If, you would like to export a report, select a report that you wish to export and then on the top bar of the report window, you can select the export icon drop down, then choose the format that you wish. Your report will then download
